The microphone on the Nismo TWS is designed inward to face the direction of your mouth (sound source). Combined with the careful calibration,

Automatic Pairing
The Nismo TWS automatically turns on, enters pairing mode and turns off when you are done using it.

When you open Nismo TWS charging case, it turns on automatically. Nismo TWS then automatically enters pairing mode, discoverable from Wireless BT source device around.

When you put Nismo TWS back into the charging case and close the lid, it automatically disconnects from the source device and turns off.
